RAR sets up free spay/neuter programs for animals in the country of Romania. We work with 2 Romanian vets and send vets from the USA to Romania to train other Romanian vets on how to spay/neuter and treat animals.   We have plans to build a Training Center for Romanian vets to learn how to do safe and humane spay/neuter.
